Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor for the 2011 Funtastic Slo-Pitch & Music Festival. Please download the Funtastic Vendor form linked below, complete it and return it to Funtastic.

Funtastic Vendor Application 2011

We have limited space in Vernon for vendors (7 full service food vendors & 5 specialty food or retail vendors are selected each year), so please submit your application early.

Once the Vendors/Exhibitors Application and Contract Form is downloaded

1. Print the document.
2. Complete the required information.
3. Mail it to us at the address indicated on the form or fax it to the Funtastic offices.

Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted directly.
