Chair, Table and Tent Request Application
We are proud to support community events and assist local non-profit organizations. We provide the use of the Funtastic 30 x 30 promotional tent and tables & chairs to a wide variety of groups. We support hospitals, schools, food banks, youth sports teams and sporting events, community centres, festivals, and much more.
Applications for the promotional tent must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the event/project to be eligible for consideration. We work with Avalon Tent and there may be a setup and tear down fee of $450 applied.
Please complete the application and forward the completed form to Funtastic for consideration. A representative from Funtastic will contact you once the application is received and either approved or declined.

Media Access Information
Thank you for your interest in the 27th Annual Funtastic Summer Festival. Working media must apply for accreditation from the media coordinator prior to the Funtastic weekend. Media who are not pre-accredited and arrive on site may be denied access.
